If the home needs to be staged, I work with an interior designer, if repairs need to be done or landscaping changes are needed, I work with a general contractor and a landscaping contractor.

I next work with the appraiser to ensure that the property will meet lender requirements at the listed for sale price. I, again, handle every aspect of the transaction, but you call the shots.
In my previous life, before Real Estate, my days were filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations centered around three sons and school, church and athletics.
I graduated from San Francisco State, with a degree in Business Administration. Current hobbies include spending time with the family, gardening,and traveling, when I get a break from work.
