I've been a local resident for 30 years, 22 of which I've been having fun working with sellers and buyers.
As a Real Estate Broker and Realtor, I adhere to a Code Of Ethics that is frequently more restrictive than is prescribed by Nevada Statutes. And I really do "Due Diligence for my clients".
I work hard and cross every t and dot every i. When I represent buyers, I listen to you and your wants and needs and match your lifestyle with the right location and home.
I recommend that you have in hand tenative loan approval or have resources available before seriously searching for property.
If you need guidance on this matter, I'll help. It's usually as simple as meeting with a lender, who can review your finances and issue a letter of loan approval.
I'll recommend home inspectors, that do a very detailed inspection of the home, I'll manage every aspect of the home purchasing process, just think of the process this way: I am the manager, furnishing you with good information and recommendations, so you can make good decisions as the boss.
When representing a seller, I'm on the other side of the fence.
Now, I work with the owner, and sometimes third party inspectors, to pinpoint specific problems that need to be corrected before the property can justifiably be listed for sale at the highest possible market price.
If the home needs to be staged, I work with an interior designer, if repairs need to be done or landscaping changes are needed, I work with a general contractor and a landscaping contractor.
I have all of the tools to make the home selling process as easy for you as I can make it.
I next work with the appraiser to ensure that the property will meet lender requirements at the listed for sale price. I, again, handle every aspect of the transaction, but you call the shots.
In my previous life, before Real Estate, my days were filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations centered around three sons and school, church and athletics.
Current hobbies include spending time with the family, gardening,and traveling.
